Platform Compliance Agreement

1. Compliance with Platform Policies

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical practices in your use of Property.com’s tools, including those related to:
Review collection and solicitation

You will not offer incentives in exchange for reviews, gate negative feedback, or otherwise manipulate review collection in violation of Google, Yelp, or other third-party platform policies.

Communication and texting (10DLC)

You agree not to send spam, promotional content, or mass messaging to consumers unless you have appropriate consent. You are solely responsible for the content of all communications sent via the platform.
You will not submit fake reviews, fabricate customer experiences, or attempt to deceive consumers through inauthentic testimonials.

2. No Misuse of Platform Tools

You agree not to misuse Property.com tools or configure automations or messaging in a manner intended to deceive, harass, or violate consumer protections.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all content, communications, and review requests submitted through your account. Property.com is a software provider and does not control or endorse any specific messaging you send or solicitations you make.

4. Termination for Misuse

Property.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to software and services in the event of policy violations, complaints, or improper use of the platform.

5. Responsibility for Violations

including any tools and services provided by Property.com or its third-party technology partners. In the event that your misuse of the platform causes any claims, investigations, damages, or penalties to be asserted against Property.com or any of its technology partners, you agree to be responsible for such consequences, including reasonable legal fees or costs incurred.
